Polished Memories Events

Due to the creation of each event design, Polished Memories will honor another date for cancellation. Any client that cancels within 45 days shall not receive any payment back. However is able to reschedule for another date. If any client cancels 46 days or more before event the client shall receive 50% of payments back or reschedule for another date. All retainer fees are non refundable. 

In reference to inclement weather, client is able to cancel and reschedule event. All retainer fees are non refundable.
